Privacy Policy
This site collects very little directly — most of what happens when you buy something is handled by Stripe, not by me. Here's exactly what is collected, by whom, and why.

When you buy a painting or print
Payment happens on Stripe's own checkout page, not on this site. Stripe collects your name, email, delivery address, and payment details as the payment processor — see Stripe's privacy policy. I receive your order details (name, address, email, what you bought) to fulfil and ship the order, and keep basic order records for accounting purposes, as UK law requires.
For print orders, your name and delivery address are also shared with theprintspace, who produce and ship the print on my behalf.
Delivery details are shared with Royal Mail or Parcelforce, as needed to get the piece to you.
Collectors list
If you sign up to hear about new work, your email address is stored with Kit (formerly ConvertKit), the email service I use to send updates. It's used only for that — I don't sell or share it — and you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.
Cookies
This site doesn't set any cookies of its own. If that changes — for example, if I add analytics in future — I'll update this page to say so.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Vercel, who may briefly log visitor IP addresses as part of normal web server operation and security — not something I have access to or use myself.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you can ask to see what data I hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how it's used. Email claud@claudbinns.com and I'll sort it. You can also complain to the ICO if you're unhappy with how your data's been handled.
Changes to this policy
I'll update this page if anything about how data is collected or used changes — worth a check back if it's been a while.
