Terms of Service
The short version: prices are in GBP, every piece is one of a kind, I keep the rights to the artwork itself, and your consumer rights are unaffected by anything below. "I" and "me" throughout refer to Claud Binns, trading as claudbinns.com.
Orders
Buying through a payment link is an offer to buy, which I confirm once payment goes through. I reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example if a piece has already sold or was listed at the wrong price — in which case you'll get a full refund.
Pricing & description
Prices are in GBP and don't include shipping, which is shown separately at checkout. I try to keep prices and descriptions accurate, but mistakes happen — if something's wrong, I'll contact you before fulfilling the order.
Original artworks
Every piece is one of a kind, painted on location. Photos are a close representation, but colour and texture can look slightly different on screen than in person.
Copyright
I keep the copyright and reproduction rights to all artwork sold through this site. Buying an original or a print doesn't give you the right to reproduce, publicly exhibit for commercial purposes, or create derivative works from it without my written permission.
Returns

Liability
Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer. Beyond that, to the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or purchase of a piece.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
